If you do good things, you will be awarded with a forum medal that will also probably result in an in-game prize. I need to talk it over with Trust before hand so don't hold me on my word.

You don't have to be in top 3 for a banner, you have to pay at GTop100.
If u guys can do that with donated money, I can help u creating a vote banner.
