Congratulations to Lolz!

Due to Lolz effort and loyalty to the server, as well as being a previous GM of Kiwistory, he will now be promoted to lvl 3 GM. Keep up the good work!
Note: Another GM will be chosen on the 31st. Since Lolz is such an active and good member he is exempt from the time frame.
